On the approx. 3750m² large, dreamlike property there are two houses, the villa SEEhochDrei and the apartment SEEhochDREI.

Furthermore, there is an outdoor sauna and an outbuilding as a sports and fitness room.

The sauna opens to the large garden pond with a view of Lake Jamno.

At the lake directly there is a jetty, which invites to fishing and water sports, for example with the rowing boat or the two existing SUP's, which are available to the guests free of charge.

The Baltic Sea and the popular seaside resort of Mielno can be reached in a few minutes by car or with the bicycles that are also available.
